Our Story

Books have always been more than paper and ink to us. They’re the catalyst for laughter, deep conversations, and unexpected friendships. As five busy moms in Wentzville, Missouri, we craved a space to unwind and connect, so we started a monthly book club! But it was never just about reading. We turned each gathering into an experience with themed food, props, games, and even surprise wrapped books for the holidays. Every meeting was full of laughter, creativity, and a little magic. Soon, friends were asking to join, eager to be part of the joy we’d built together. That’s when we knew it was bigger than our circle; we wanted to share that same wonder with readers everywhere.

And so, Kindred Rose Books was born: women-owned, mom-owned, and made to help every story bloom.

Meet the Team

  • Kaci

    Kaci is the heart of our book curation—hand-selecting titles, writing clue tags, and ensuring every collection reflects diverse voices and thoughtful content. A lifelong book lover with an eagle eye for detail, she gravitates toward gripping thrillers with strong female leads. Known as our pep-talk queen and team connector, she brings creativity, quick wit, and warmth to everything she touches. When she’s not sourcing your next page-turner, she’s traveling, snuggling her pets, or chipping away at her dissertation.

    Samie is always hunting for the next unforgettable read, keeping Kindred Rose stocked with fresh recs and hidden gems while managing our marketing, PR, and community connections. She has a soft spot for angsty romance—raw emotion, heartbreak, and those hard-won HEAs. When she’s not working or wrapped up in a book, she’s with family, at the gym, or sipping coffee mid–TV binge. Oh, and she wraps our books to absolute perfection.

    Teah brings energy, heart, and a flair for fun to everything she does, from social media and partnerships to creative ways of sharing our mission. She loves building relationships, spreading the magic of stories and finding joy in epic female journeys where love is complicated and survival is everything. Outside of Kindred Rose, she’s usually on a family adventure, cheering at her daughter’s events, or cranking up the music for a spontaneous dance party.
