📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Kindred Rose Books, each order is packed with care and intention. Because many of our products are custom-selected, limited-run, or include consumable content, all sales are final.

That means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong product.


💔 Received something damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry that happened! If your order arrived with an issue, please email us at kindredrosebooks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the item and availability.


📌 Please note:

  • All items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect
  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind or content preference
  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers
  • If damage occurs due to mishandling after delivery (e.g., opened roughly, water damage), we are unable to replace the item

If your return is approved due to damage or an incorrect item:

  • We’ll process your refund to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction
