At Kindred Rose Books, each order is packed with care and intention. Because many of our products are custom-selected, limited-run, or include consumable content, all sales are final.
That means we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or we’ve sent the wrong product.
💔 Received something damaged or incorrect?
We’re so sorry that happened! If your order arrived with an issue, please email us at kindredrosebooks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If your claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund, depending on the item and availability.
📌 Please note:
- All items are final sale unless damaged or incorrect
- We do not accept returns due to change of mind or content preference
- We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers
- If damage occurs due to mishandling after delivery (e.g., opened roughly, water damage), we are unable to replace the item
⏳ Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is approved due to damage or an incorrect item:
- We’ll process your refund to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to reflect the transaction
